Education : Mr. Imran Sheikh holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, UK. He is a qualified accountant with fellow memberships of UK chartered accountancy bodies of CIMA and ACCA and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute, USA.

Experience : Mr. Imran Sheikh has worked for twenty-four years, as a senior Financial Officer in the power and water industry in the GCC and Pakistan. He started his career in the IWPP/IPP in 1996 with International Power group at Hub O&M, Pakistan. He moved to Shuweihat CMS International Power Company in Abu Dhabi in December 2002, where he served for three years. He then joined Qatar Power Company, Qatar, in January 2006 firstly as a Business Manager and later on as Chief Financial Officer.

Education : Mr. Ruben Ramalho holds a Master in Environmental Engineering from the University of Lisbon and a Post-Graduation in Sustainable Energy Systems from MIT and University of Lisbon.

Experience : Mr. Ruben Ramalho has over fifteen years of investment experience in Infrastructure and is currently a Senior Principal in Mubadala Infrastructure Investment team responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments in the EMEA region. Prior to joining Mubadala, Ruben worked as an M&A Investment Professional in Brookfield Asset Management predominantly focused on Renewables, Power, and Utilities across Europe. Prior to that, Ruben was a Commercial and Corporate Advisor to Department of Energy of the UK Government and a Business Development and Strategy Manager for Engie in Portugal/Spain.

Education : Mrs. Nujayma Al Maqbali holds an MBA in Fintech from Muscat University and bachelor’s in accounting and finance from College of Banking and Financial Studies.

Experience : Mrs. Nujayma Al Maqbali has more than 12 years of experience in the field of investment, finance and accounting. Currently, she is part of the investment operations at the investment unit of the Social Protection Fund. As a board member of a prominent commercial and financial entity, she has contributed to strategic oversight and governance, enhancing operational frameworks and supporting long-term growth and development of the organizations.
